I began taking care of pets when I was in middle school, watching many neighbors cats and dogs and even going to one neighbors house to play with her cats and clean the litter boxes just for fun. I've been a true cat lady for 15 years which is when I adopted my first cat and have had 4 cats of my own for the past 10+ years. I have experience giving liquids, pills, injections, and even inhalers. I previously also used to have a variety of smaller pets including guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, and snakes.

I follow the cats lead! When I am watching cats I always cover the basics- food, water, litter box. I love playing with and snuggling them but am also patient with cats who prefer their space and are slow to warm up to new people.

Katy was wonderful. She was so loving to our little kitty, who was definitely missing having people around. Gave her lots of attention and played with her. And, she provided detailed reports, which we appreciated.
Katy did a great job looking after my two kitties while we were away. Both kitties were well taken care of and received lots of love. Katy provided lots of pictures and very detailed updates after each visit!

Katy is amazing and I will definitely be using her again. She was reliable, thorough and gave me peace of mind while out of town. My pets have auto feeders and cat box which unfortunately malfunctioned multiple times but I reached out to her and she responded right away. She knew how to fix both issues and was kind enough to come on days that she wasn't initially booked. She submitted detailed reports of my cats every time and my cats who are normally shy both loved her and warmed up to her right away. I can't recommend her enough!
Katy was very thorough and pleasant to work with. We were first timers on rover and she made our experience easy and worry free. She took great care of our cat and took lots of notes/pictures. We will be sure to use her again in the future.

Schedule
I work a part time job with a somewhat flexible schedule so I am able to take time each day to drop in to care for pets. The earliest I am available is 9am.
