Availability
As a current pet owner, we have a very dog-centric weekly routine. We are up early and take dogs out first thing in the morning. Thereafter it's breakfast time (medication time if needed) followed by another outdoor break. During the day we have flexibility, within our schedules, to go for a walk, take needed potty breaks, give treats and play. If we are coming to you, we will arrange our visits based on your home schedule.

We typically have pets stay with us, when we watch them. When they are here with us, we treat them as a part of our family. We live across the street from Wales Animal Clinic and can go there quickly if a need were to arise. We also love pets and that love extends in the care we provide. We have fond memories of pets we have watched in the past. Please note that we do care for up to 4 additional dogs at a time. That said, all dogs must be good with people and tolerable of other dogs.

Let us know if your dog has any special preferences or needs that we can account for. We would like them to feel as at home as possible. We can only accommodate dogs that are potty trained, do not mark and know basic commands, like sit. As we do like to get your dog(s) out for walks, we would love it if they were to come with an easy walk harness, so they are not strangling themselves with pulling and excitement. Looking forward to enjoying time with your precious pet!
A typical day
We will start our day with a morning potty break followed by indoor play and breakfast. We will go for another potty break / walk after breakfast. More playtime and rest to follow. There will be 1 longer walk during the day and a few shorter walks for bathroom time throughout.

Hi and welcome to my site. I have lived with dogs, since I was born, and have cared for them for as long as I can remember. I completed obedience training with my Airedale, Maggie, when I was 12, helped my Aunt rear her Golden Retriever puppies, and took care of numerous neighborhood dogs (and gerbils) all at a young age. Now as an adult I have cared for 3 dogs of my own. We had 2 Goldendoodles, one who we just said goodbye to, at the age of 16. Our other Goldendoodle, Barley, is now 14 and still enjoying life. We also have a rescue dog, Hoover, who is a 1 year old Husky mix. He's playful and well behaved, taking his cues from his older Brother. We have a dog friendly home in a great neighborhood for walking. My husband and I both work from home and at least one of us is always at home during the day. We also have 2 teenage daughters that are excited to assist us with playtime fun, walks and basic care needs of any new furry friends that come to stay. It is hard leaving your pet when you go on vacation. We are here to help, and will make sure they have a fun vacation as well.

We had such a wonderful experience! Ryder was so well cared for, and it gave us incredible peace of mind while we were away. We ended up having major travel delays on our way home, and they were so kind, flexible, and accommodating by keeping Ryder an extra night without adding any stress to an already hectic situation. Communication was excellent, and it was obvious that Ryder was treated like part of the family. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are so grateful for the amazing care and will absolutely be booking with them again. Highly recommend!🐾
