Hello! I’m Katy, and with my flexible self-employed schedule, I’d love to help you with either last-minute or consistent pet care. My two cats are members of my family, and I carry that understanding to other's pets as well. I specialize in caring for special needs pets, and am experienced with both cats and dogs that have mobility issues (quadriplegic and paraplegic), sight issues, and that need bladder expression. I am comfortable following a strict medication and physical therapy / exercise schedule. I am also experienced in caring for dogs up to 140 lbs.

I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate bookings ranging from short notice to pre-planned extended stays. I take 5 mile walks daily at a local park, and am well-equipped to provide sporadic or long-term dog walking and pet visits.

Schedule
I would love to help give your pet attention through walking, drop ins, or house stays. From having my own pets, I understand the anxiety that can come from leaving them in someone else’s care - and the anxiety that your pets can feel in that situation. My goal is to not only provide great care for your pet, but also help put your mind at ease.

- I realize that every pet is an individual and has certain temperaments. I’d love to learn more about your dog’s typical routine, any expected anxieties, habits, bedtime routine, temperament, and their favorite place to walk (and information on whether an isolated walk with no dogs around or a walk where dogs may be encountered is ok). Any information that can help ease the transition of me entering into your pet’s routine would be helpful. I’d love to do anything possible to help make them feel more comfortable when initially seeing me as a stranger.
