Hi I’m Kat! Growing up we had a family dog, so I’m familiar with having a pet be dependent on me. I also grew up with a dog loving Uncle (he had 5 dogs at one point) so I’ve been surrounded by dogs since a very young age. I’m also comfortable with dogs that can be “a lot to handle” since my own was a stray and she struggled to settle in to domesticated home life. I’ve cared for many friend’s and family’s animals in the past and I’m more than happy to care for yours!

We would highly recommend Kattaliaya! She was amazing with our Alfie. It was lovely for him to be in a home, we had regular updates and a very happy dog at pick up.

Kat did an excellent job looking after our young lab over Christmas. Our girl settled quickly at her house and Kat sent us many pictures of a happy dog, we were able to enjoy our holiday without worries. Strongly recommend!
Kat is a reliable, caring animal lover. She is a lover of both dogs and cats but has a soft spot for felines wanting to be around them more.

Schedule
I’ve just moved back in with my parents after studying in London, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I’m very used to energetic dogs and I’m more than happy to provide as much energy and playtime as I can. I’m also equally familiar with cats, Mum recently adopted a kitten (I can only board dogs who are friendly with cats now due to this) and I’ve also looked after cats abroad while house sitting in other countries!

I understand how much pets like routine and I like to keep them in their usual routine as much as I can so they’re more comfortable with a new person around.

A typical day
I’m an early riser, so morning walks are no issue for me, which leaves more time for play time with your pet. My childhood dog was very hyper so I never get tired of playtime! I do like to go out and socialise but with a pet back home I don’t leave them alone for any longer than is advised by you.
