I work full-time however mainly based from home, with the exception of home visits to my clients however will always come back home within 2 hours. When we have a dog staying with us we base our routine around them and they are our priority. My partner works full-time also and we are home together from 5 every day, so your dog will always have company.

We have an enclosed garden fenced on both sides and a garage at the bottom of the garden, so nowhere for them get lost or leave the garden. Our front garden also has an enclosed gate to prevent dogs walking into the busy road, so this is ideal for walks to make sure they are safe and ready to leave for a walk.

A typical day
When we have dogs in our care we love to make it the best experience for them. In my mind they’re on holiday, so we make it as fun as possible. From playing fetch, tug of war with their favourite toys to lazy cuddles on the sofa, whatever the dog wants to do I’ll accommodate. I love grooming dogs especially after long muddy walks, so more than happy to bathe them and brush their fur to make sure they feel as comfortable and at home as possible.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 15, but more formally dog sitting for the last 5 years. Our home is well suited to small and medium dogs, and all dogs are treated as part of the family. We have a spacious enclosed garden for toilet breaks and playing, and will provide as many walks as your dog needs to stay happy and healthy.

Katt was everything we needed for Neville our English bulldog. So kind and gentle, it was his first stay away without us and he was a bit unsettled at night at first but with regular contact with us Katt and her partner got him through it. Nev also developed a sore ear and Katt took him to the vets to get him sorted. He received all the daily regular care with walks etc but I know that he had the extra cuddles that he would have been missing from home. I recommend Katt highly and would definitely hope that Nev could stay again.
Kat and her partner provided excellent care for our family dog over the Easter weekend , creating a real home from home environment for him . I couldn’t recommend them enough, we also got regular updates and pics and the communication was smooth from initial booking to drop up / pick up ! 10/10 xx
