Hello! I am an experienced sitter with top quality dog training experience. In the past couple of years I worked as an instructor for Clever Canines in Calgary, AB. This is a popular dog training business, even in the Canadian city with the highest ratio of dogs to people! During that time I also built up a substantial client base for my own Rover services in Calgary. Desiring to be closer to my family, I moved back to Ontario to start a new life in Ottawa. I grew up in Kingston, Ontario, where I started up and ran a successful pet services business for several years. As you will see on my profile, I was privileged to work for many repeat clients and develop a relationship with them and their pets. I have been looking after all kinds of pets - from dogs or cats to parakeets; even newts, for over eight years. Throughout this time I've worked in several different industries, but I've learned I can't stay away from animals for too long! I love to get outside and explore in all seasons, and the perfect partner for that is your dog! Can't wait to meet you and all your furry friends!

I will be diligent to care for all of your pet's needs, whatever they may be. Whether they take medications, need frequent potty breaks, or need a lot of mental stimulation, I can provide that! I will also be sure to work with you to maintain consistency in all of your training endeavours.

We had again the pleasure of having Katrina take care of our two dogs and our home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we met her, it was clear that she is a true animal lover and a professional. Throughout our time away, Katrina kept us updated with daily messages and photos of our pups. It was such a relief to see them happy and well-cared for, and her proactive communication gave us peace of mind. Our dogs absolutely adored her! She took the time to engage with them, ensuring they received plenty of love, playtime, and exercise. It was evident that she genuinely cared about their well-being, which made all the difference. We absolutely love Katrina. She's just awesome. This is our first trip in a long time where we didn't had to worry about our pet(Zorro). Zorro is abit anxious and nervous dog. Katrina had took really good care of him as well as the house. We had frequent updates of his activities together with pictures and videos while we were on our trip. 100% recommended.
Katrina is really flexible with the schedules. She's well spoken and listens to your requirements and try to fulfill them. Our pet got used to her even when he has separation anxiety from us. Katrina is well experienced and is our best decision to meet our dog to her. We're really happy with her.
Katrina was super accommodating working with our schedule and asked so many questions at our meet and greet to make sure she had a full picture of our girl prior to their first day together! She did amazing in getting our shy girl to come out of her shell and was so great with updates. We’ve already rebooked and are looking forward to having Katrina back!
Katrina was a fantastic sitter! She saved our butts with a last minute booking. She was quick to respond and great communication. Seeing pics of my big man having fun and snuggling while we were away was so great! Not having to ask for updates while we’re we’re away quelled any anxiety we had. We will absolutely reach out to Katrina for future pet sitting needs. 15/10 would recommend.

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time, mostly from home. My job will require the occasional outing, but most outings won't last more than a couple of hours.
