Hi! While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I'm a lifelong animal lover who's been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. From fostering a senior chihuahua to caring for 150 pound mastiffs, I have a wide variety of experience. As a dog owner myself, I know the importance of having someone you trust to take care of your pet. I’m a huge animal lover and truly love nothing more than snuggling up with a cat or dog on the couch. I love sending photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

Winston was so well taken care of with Katrina and her dog, Tucker! He had a blast and even for a shy dog, he felt comfortable and happy very quickly. I would highly recommend Katrina and plan on using her again.
Katrina was amazing with our Flat-coated retriever! She went above and beyond to make Ruby feel comfortable. She also kept us informed of how she was doing which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I highly recommend Katrina and will call on her again when needed.
Katrina was great, we did a meet and greet before hand. She communicated well, followed instructions, and took excellent care of Tilly. Will likely call on her for help in the future
Katrina has cared for our dog, Finn, for the last 8 years for various weekends and week-long trips we couldn’t bring him on. She is always so attentive to his needs as he is a shy rescue dog that takes time to warm up to strangers. I am never worried at all when I leave Finn with her- She goes out of her way to make him feel loved and cared for, and her dog Tucker loves to make new friends! She is always the first person I can when I know we need someone to care for Finn. Will recommend her over and over again!
Katrina is an awesome person, and a caring and compassionate dog sitter. She has watched my dog multiple times, and I completely trust her to love on her and take care of herjust as she would with her own pets. She's always been on time, and sends frequent updates while my dog is in her care. Tucker is equally as awesome, and a perfect golden boy /playmate to any dog or human he meets. ☺️
Katrina was amazing with my dog, Remi! She took such great care of her and sent me lots of photos and updates! It was obvious that Remi was happy, comfortable, and getting lots of love and attention the whole time. Katrina was easy to communicate with, dependable, and treated Remi like she was her own. I would absolutely trust Katrina to watch Remi again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!

Schedule
I’m a teacher so I’m extremely flexible during the summer. During the school year I do work 7am-3pm so your pet would have to be okay being alone for at least 8 hours. My weekends are low key so I’m able to provide much more undivided attention to your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I stay in homes for pet sitting as well as board dogs (dogs only) in my home. If your dog stays with me, I have a large fenced in back yard and very sweet 6 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company. I have two roommates that love pets as well. Your pup is also welcome to sleep with me as that’s what mine typically does. I live near a park and typically take my dog for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk in the evenings and would gladly take your dog for as much or as little of that as you prefer. If I stay in your home, my dog will he cared for by my roommates and I will provide your animals preferred routine.

A typical day
I love to play and interact with your pet as much as possible. This can include playing with toys, practicing commands, going for long walks or taking a long snooze on the couch. I’m flexible to your pet’s needs.
