This is the fifth time we have used Rover and I would have to say it would be the worst experience by far. My dog is healthy and clean and I am grateful for that. My biggest complaints were the condition of the house when we got home and the lack of communication from Katrina. For the first 24 hours, I couldn’t get her to respond to mine or my partners text or send pictures. Apparently, she decided to take my dog to her house and let him run around with her dog in her yard. This was never discussed and my dog does not generally get along with other dogs, which is why he’s boarded at home. We take very good care of him as far as fleas and ticks and he doesn’t run around in the grass for that reason because he has allergies. When we got home, we found several items of clothing left by her, and she still has not responded to retrieve those items.There were stains on the carpet that are red, not sure what they are it was also splashed onto the wall and sliding glass door. The sliding glass door had two blinds broken and just laid on the table top. I understand that accidents happen. I just wish she had been more communicative about telling me what had happened or what was going on with Gus. I plan to use Rover still, unfortunately I don’t think I will be using the sitter. I wish her the best of luck, but I think when you’re sitting in someone’s house, you should be more attentive.

Appa was very tired when we picked him up I think he likes having a big yard to play in!

Excellent stay with Katrina, our dog was happy and tired. Definitely our first preference for someone to watch Callie, highly recommend.
