Katie is one of the very few people I trust with the care of my horse. She looks after my pony as if he was hers, and does above and beyond what I ask. Her extensive experience as an equine vet assistant means she can provide a well-rounded care package for my boy. Recently, my boy was suspected of having ulcers when I was out of town. Katie took him to the vet, was there when he was scoped, brought him home and helped get him started on his meds. When I got home, he was already well on the way to normal, and it was as if nothing had happened while I was gone! What a gift to have an expert horse caregiver for a friend. Katie has my highest recommendation as a pet caregiver. While I do not have any other pets besides my horse, if I did in the future, Katie would be the first person I would ask to take care of my fur babies while I'm away.
Katie is a great pet sitter. As a true animal lover, she goes the extra mile to make sure pets are safe and well cared for. She is reliable, smart, and good at following instructions. I especially like that she is very animal savvy. She would recognize if your pet had a problem or needed medical attention. Thankfully, this is rare or non-existent, but good to know she's capable of handling all types of situations or events. I feel confident having Katie in charge of my home and my pets while I'm away. Honestly, I went for years without traveling until Katie said she would care for my pets. I'm thankful to have someone I can truly trust.

Schedule
I am currently self employed and make my own schedule. I am available to have well behaved, vaccinated, and potty trained dogs in my home or I am also available to go into the local community for in house pet care.

Pets in my home will be treated as my own, and any special routine, diets and medications followed explicitly. Unlimited access to private fully fenced back yard and the house.

Can tailor the day to suit each individual dogs needs. If they like to go for walks or hikes …. then I’m your girl. If they prefer to stay at home and cuddle on the couch we can binge watch the current season of whatever is popular!
