When I was 3, I picked out our family dog and that was the beginning of my lifelong love of all animals. I’ve cared for itty bitty critters all the way up to my big, intimidating (but secretly a big teddy bear) Rottweiler. Caring for dogs gives me a sense of purpose, and since I recently lost my Buddy, I would be honored to care for your baby as if they were my own. I live a quiet life on my own, and have a fenced in yard where they can run around or sniff to their heart’s content. I’m also happy to take them on walks and car adventures as they wish!

Katrin was seriously the best! She took great care of my anxious, shy dogs Lucy and Fiona. She sent a ton of updates, photos and videos, and really made sure both my dogs felt comfortable and loved while we were gone. We will definitely book Katrin again!
We absolutely love Katie and will take our doggies to her for as long as she’ll have us. Our dogs are so happy when we show up and a bit sad to leave her. I always feel 100% confident that our dogs are in good hands and never have to worry about them while we’re gone.
Katrin was absolutely great with Daisy! We felt so much better knowing Daisy was being cared for, and we felt very lucky to have her watching Daisy in our home. Especially with Daisy still being a puppy, we didn’t want to move her around, so having someone stay with her made a huge difference. Katrin was wonderful about sharing updates and videos throughout the stay, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Daisy loved playing with her and was genuinely sad to see her go. We would highly recommend Katrin to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter!
Katrin was AMAZING! My husband and I are so anxious leaving our dogs and katrin put our minds at ease immediately. From the moment we arrived, the dogs were clearly comfortable and in great hands. She shared regular updates and pictures, administered our senior dog’s medication, and went the extra mile in every possible way to make sure our pups felt right at home. We’re so grateful for her animal loving heart!
Our dogs had such a great time with Katrin! She has plenty of outdoor space for them to explore and truly treated them as if they were her own. She even mixed their meals with rice bc they had upset stomachs! She gave us plenty of updates and pictures, and our dogs always looked so happy in the photos. We will definitely book with her again!!
Katie has watched my dog whenever I have needed to travel since she was a puppy! She is so thoughtful and attentive, and she has the perfect escape when my pup needs to get out of the city. Highly recommend to anyone who needs in home sitting or boarding.

Schedule
I do work in an office M-F and am gone for about 7 hours during those days, but would be around all weekend as needed.

I have a fenced in yard and am happy to abide by any requirements you may have as far as crating, furniture rules, diet, etc.
A typical day
We can be as active or as couch potato-esq as your pup desires! Bring on the tug of war or game of tag. I also live near lots of walking trails and have an acre of woods behind my house, prime for wildlife viewing!
