I currently have a Labrador Retriever and a cat, and before them I raised a golden retriever who lived to 11. I’m close to the MetroParks, so even without a fenced yard there’s plenty of opportunity for long walks and fresh air. I believe a calm dog is a happy, well‑behaved dog, and I make sure every pup gets the exercise and attention they need. I know it can be stressful leaving your dog in a new environment. My goal is to put your mind at ease so you can fully enjoy your vacation or event. I’ll send regular updates and photos so you always know how your pup is doing. I’m dedicated to making animals feel at home—just like I hope for my own pets when I’m away.

Katlyn took care of my dog Tucker for one week, and he had a case of diarrhea during his stay. She took good care of him and woke up multiple times at night to take him outside to potty. She also drove to his veterinarian to pick up a medication and to Heinen’s for organic pumpkin to help with his upset tummy. I have used Katlyn before for dog walks and will definitely use her again because I trust that she will care for his wellbeing and make sure he is taken care of.
Katlyn did a wonderful job watching my dog. She was quick to respond to messages, sent lots of picture updates and it was evident she truly cares about animals. We will definitely be using her again!

Katlyn is a loving and nurturing animal lover. She is devoted to her own dog and cat and takes better care of them than anyone I know. She is always putting them first and seems to even have a sense about them that is uncanny. She is a responsible and organized person, always being diligent about following directions and being punctual. She is a great, hard worker with a big heart for animals. I would trust her over anyone to take care of my pets.
I've know Katlyn for 7 years, and she is one of the kindest, most responsible people I have ever met. She has a big heart and is great with animals. Her dog Gracie is her best friend, so she understands how much dogs mean to their owners. I know she would treat any pet she watches with the same care and affection she does her own.

Schedule
I work from home three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks and attention throughout the day when the weather is nice. I’m also home on weekends, so your pets will have consistent company and care.

I have a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog easily if needed. I am in an apartment, but there’s convenient side walks and paths for taking bathroom breaks multiple times per day.

A typical day
I have close access to the MetroParks and Bow wow dog beach in Stow, so they’ll be offered plenty of walks and play time. I usually treat the pups with marrow bones, peanut butter kongs, or other types of enrichment activities.
