I work from home, so your pet is part of my day! We’re only a few minutes from Cook Creek Green Space, so walks happen often, with plenty of grass and sunshine when we’re both in need of a mid-day adventure to escape the Teams notifications. Animals have been a core part of my life for over 20 years — I grew up raising and adopting all kinds of pets, helped my parents train working/hunting dogs for birding, and have volunteered with local rescues supporting adoption efforts. I have a special soft spot for senior and small dogs, in memory of my own shih-tzu Lucy — she taught me how much personality can fit into a tiny frame, and I bring that same gentleness to every small or senior pup in my care, including dogs on medication or with mobility needs. 🐕 Our dog, Tyr (7-year-old Lab), is a regular at daycare himself and has a real knack for reading the room — he’s a grounding, easygoing presence for dogs who join us. Tyr is intact, so I’m careful and intentional about temperament and socialization matches — happy to walk through fit during a Meet & Greet.

Kat is the best! Our sweet girl Callie is older and needs her daily exercise! She absolutely loves Kat! We know she's in good loving hands and of course she loves the extra love and attention!
Katlin has been an incredible help with our dog, Boudreaux! She's taken him on regular walks and hikes whenever we're busy with work and can't get him out ourselves. Boudreaux is a high energy pit bull who also loves nothing more than curling up on the couch for a TV marathon, and she treats him like he's one of her own when we are away. She even sends us pictures and updates of them while they are out or when she is watching him when we have gone on vacation. Since she's started working with him, we've noticed such an improvement in his leash manners! It's obvious she genuinely loves animals, and that care and patience show in everything she does. I can't recommend Katlin enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker or someone to care for their furry family member while they're away. She goes above and beyond, and we know Boudreaux is always in great hands. Five stars all around!
Katlin has cared for our dog, Gunner, and I can't recommend her enough. She was incredibly attentive, loving and made sure he was happy, comfortable and well taken care of while we were away. It was obvious from the start she loves animals and treats them like they're her own. She kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind and made our time away more enjoyable without worrying. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable and will provide exceptional care for your pets, Katlin is the perfect choice!

Schedule
My home is the perfect spot for your dogs to get companionship and quiet comfort all day. I work from home so they’ll be part of my day: naps nearby while I’m on calls (or enjoying the enclosed patio where they can keep watch over our side of the neighborhood), enjoy play breaks between meetings, and full attention during lunch and downtime. 🐾 What a day looks like: • Morning walk/potty break • Midday walk to a nearby park with plenty of grass and trees to enjoy (great for zoomies or a leisurely stroll) • Afternoon play/rest break • Evening wind-down walk before pickup

👩💻Working from home = supervision all day, no long alone stretches 🌱No private yard, but we have a comfortable enclosed patio and can provide frequent walks to nearby grassy parks for exercise or a low-impact stroll 🐾 Comfortable, calm environment (great for dogs who do better with low-key days)

A typical day
There’s a large park and nature preserve nearby that our own dog loves to explore. We also have a gated patio where the pups can lay out in the morning sun and enjoy the calm of the day. If they’re small enough, they welcome to join me in my day of spreadsheets and Teams calls as an unpaid intern.
