I wasn't very impressed. At first I was excited, she was quick to respond, immediately wanted to do a meet and greet. But the meet and greet felt rushed as she just met my cat, saw what she had to do and left. Didn't seem like she cared if she bonded with Selene (my cat) to be able to watch her. I booked for overnight as I recently had to put my other cat down and Selene started to behave differently (more vocal and attentive) and I didn't want her alone. I got a message the first night that Katja left to go home as she couldn't sleep. She did inform me of a wedding she had to attend on Saturday (the next day) but made it seem just a few hours, so thought it was no issue. She ended up being gone for around 12+ hours. She mentioned she stayed Sunday and monday but whenever a picture was requested/sent, she made a comment about how she got this good one "earlier". One of the requests I asked was to clean and fill her water bowl. She has a fountain which can hold several days water. However, I get these boxelder bugs near my place and they leave a red film in her dish, so I clean it nightly. Not only was the film there but the water was down to the motor, struggling to push water out. I won't be using her again, unfortunately. After trying to speak with Rover, they said it's all independent and that I had to talk with her. Which I did get an email about a change of booking as she left that night, so I inquired if that changed my payment, and should I see a refund or whats the steps. I got a clap back from her of how my requested services were completed and if I wanted a refund for that night, my overall charge would raise. She eventually switched and tried to do a refund, but im no longer interested. The whole situation left a sour taste. Use to your discretion.

Katya was great with our moody cat. She played with him when he let her and made sure his food and water were topped off. 😊

Kat did a great job letting our pup use the potty and get some of her crazy energy out! She provided us with plenty of updates and gave us pictures so we could feel at ease! She also did a meet and greet prior to her bookings to make sure our pup was comfortable with her.
