To help keep all dogs calm, settled, and safe, drop-offs and collections usually take place at the door and are kept brief. This is especially important when other dogs are present, as it helps reduce over-excitement and stress. For short stays or the first day of boarding, I focus on helping dogs settle into their new environment. Dogs have access to the garden for toileting and play, and walks may not always take place on the first day or during very bad weather.
