Certified helicopter dog mom here who will dote on your pet! I've had dogs for the past 16 years, spent time volunteering for endless adoption events and shelter visits, and am Red Cross certified in pet first aid and CPR. Seven years of pro pet care has allowed me to care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments and ages, from 5lb to 100lb, from babies to seniors. I've also been trusted with many cats and even rats, bunnies and a lizard! I'm always easy to reach and and can't resist a cute pet selfie, so you will get plenty of photo updates of your dog's stay with me! I have a super flexible schedule so feel free to reach out!

She did great for a few days and then acted very unprofessional all of the sudden and left me to find another sitter with 24 hours notice before I left town for a week long business trip. I think she means well but her schedule is chaotic and she mismanaged the situation and left the pet owner to fix the problem she created, with only 24 hours notice on a booking she agreed to a month in advance.
Katie is always great with our cats! She is attentive and responsive to their behavior, follows instructions, takes great photos and leaves helpful notes for me on how the cats are doing.

This was my second time hiring Katie for a walk. I appreciated her communication and attention to detail.
Katie was communicative and provided a thorough post-walk report. I felt confident hiring her after she asked a lot of great questions during our meet and greet and was focused on having my pup get comfortable with her.

I am a full-time freelancer, primarily in design and film, with pet care being my secondary gig. I typically make my own schedule and have long periods of open availability interspersed with intensely busy periods.

You should know: because I live alone, my dog Teddy comes along on my overnight dog sitting bookings. He is very chill, respectful and easy tempered and I have never had a problem having him in other homes! At my place, I definitely let the pets rule the home and enjoy snoozing on the bed and couch. I do not have a fenced yard, so we will always be on leash for potty breaks in the back courtyard area or full walks. I typically do not do off leash dog parks until I have established trust with your dog, and feel strongly about strict safety rules for females in heat. In your home, I’ll defer to your rules!

A typical day
When visiting my home, your pet will hang out with my dog Teddy. He is very easygoing and respectful of other pets, typically giving them lots of space and occasionally playing. I love to take dogs to parks, scenic walks, and dog friendly restaurants and businesses. At home, lots of snuggles will be provided.
