I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for them. I’ve owned dogs myself for many years, and my two much-loved pups currently live with my mum in Cardiff. I’m comfortable with dogs of different breeds, sizes and personalities, and understand the importance of following their individual routines and needs. I’m confident with walks, playtime, feeding, keeping them company and, of course, providing plenty of cuddles! I’m patient, attentive and genuinely love spending time with dogs, so I’ll always make sure they feel safe, happy and well cared for.

Katie is a huge animal lover and fantastic with dogs. She regularly takes care of my dog Bonnie who is larger than life, Bonnie lights up when she sees Katie, which as dog owners fills us with such reassurance when we need to leave her. I would highly recommend Katie, she is reliable, knowledgable and has a true passion for animals.

Schedule
I work from home 2–3 days a week, with Wednesday being my only mandatory office day, so I have good flexibility for daytime pet care. On my work-from-home days, I can often fit in walks, visits and daytime sitting, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine wherever possible. My availability can vary from week to week depending on my work schedule, so I’m always happy to discuss your requirements and find a routine that works for both you and your pet.

I’m used to caring for dogs and understand how important it is to follow their usual routine, from feeding and walks to rest, playtime and any specific instructions you provide. I’ll take the time to get to know your pet’s personality and make sure they feel comfortable and settled in my care. I’m reliable, attentive and respectful of your home, and I’ll keep you updated so you know your pet is happy and well looked after while they are with me.
