I've been lucky enough to have my Lemon Beagle, Lucy, in my family for over fifteen years. And although she recently passed away earlier this summer, I'm so grateful to have shared so many wonderful memories and experiences with her. She was a very easygoing girl, but even in her naughty moments a little bit of patience was all it took to bring her back around. However, I'm no stranger to dogs that are a bit more high maintenance, or excuse me, aren't afraid to show their diva side. I've looked after many of my friends dogs' while their families were out of town; and it's something I've been doing since high school. I want to make the most out of our time together, even if it's a short while. And to do this, I need to know your pal! If my love for dogs has shown me anything, it's that every pet is unique in their own personality and needs. So please don't hesitate to share any of their medical, dietary, and/or special needs with me. I have experience with senior dogs and in addition, the administration of medicine in liquids, as well as pills. It makes me happy to say that being a pet owner has expanded my love for infinitely more animals than I imagined. Through my time volunteering at the SPCA for animal charity walks or even perusing Corgi Beach Day with my family for a fun outing, these are some of the happiest memories I hold; and if you wish, I’d love to create more wonderful memories for your family as well!

Katie is wonderful! She is so sweet, patient and gentle with our senior border collie. I can tell that he is loving his walks with her when I'm not home. She follows instructions very diligently and even picks up my mail off the floor! (without my request, very considerate!) I highly recommend Katie, she will treat your baby like her own.

Katie was an exceptional sitter. We received lots of text and photo updates. Our pup had a great stay with lots of enrichment opportunities. Highly recommend and will definitely hire Katie again!
Ever since I got to know Katie, which was through cross country, I always saw her dog Lucy at every home meet and I knew how much she was loved. Lucy was there since Katie was young and unfortunately passed away recently, but Katie was very strong, spending the last few years taking care of Lucy even more than before. Her love for animals is unmatched, and she will hold her beautiful memories with Lucy close to her as she starts to take care of other pets. She knows how important it is to parents and will always keep tabs on each pet's health situation and watch for any signs of abnormalities while giving each pet all the fun and attention they want.

I'm a full time college student, but that won't stop me from carving out time for your friends. Most of my availability will be on weekends, whether that be for walks, some quick play time, or a full day of adventure! The calendar will be the best place to check specific days of availability in my schedule, as it will be updated as frequently as possible. While enjoyable quality time with each new friend is my ultimate goal, nothing is more important to me than safety. To ensure this safety, I would love to keep a consistent and open communication, with you as pet owners. For me, it is all about meeting your needs when you can’t be there yourself. By telling me details like what time should your fur baby be fed, how they interact with others, what types of activities keep them stimulated, etc. I can better understand what you’re looking for and create that environment.
