Hello! My name’s Katie and I’m a caring and reliable pet lover with experience looking after both dogs and cats available for walks/drop-ins. I currently live with my family’s Yorkshire Terrier called Pip and have regularly cared for friends’ and family dogs over the years. I am comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes and love staying active by taking them on walks, playtime and having lots of cuddles! I also have lots of experience with cats, having grown up with them and previously raising two from kittens. I love animals and will always make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

Katie looked after our 2 miniature sausage dogs for a week while we were away and did a fabulous job. Both dogs have back issues and Katie was so careful and support with their issues. We trust Katie and would recommend her to anyone!

Katie has been absolutely wonderful looking after my Yorkshire Terrier, Weenie. From the moment they met, it was obvious how caring, patient, and attentive she is with animals. Weenie absolutely adores her and is always excited to see her, which gives me complete peace of mind whenever she’s in her care. Katie goes above and beyond to make sure Weenie is happy, comfortable. She is well looked after whenever I’m away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or simply giving her lots of love and attention, she treats Weenie like she’s her own dog. I always know weenie is safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for when she’s with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katie to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and fantastic with dogs.

Schedule
I work full time as a nurse and therefore my shift pattern changes, with 3/4 days off each week. On my days off I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care, walks, feeding, companionship, and keeping pets comfortable in their usual routine.
