Responsible and loving dog mom who will spoil your baby with love and attention. I have always lived in a multi dog/cat household and am comfortable with all ages and breeds and understanding of their different needs. Attentive to your pets energy level and what their desired walking/running/playtime preferences are. Available for dog walking/care visits at your home as well as doggie daycare and overnight pet sitting in my home. My husband and I have used Rover in the past to watch our 16 year old lab when we had to leave town. I appreciated the reassuring photos and videos our sitter sent us of our baby having a good time while we were away & am more then willing to do the same for other worried parents. We currently live in a house with a fenced backyard 15min from the CLT airport. Our 9 year old Shih Tzu bichon mix (Winston) enjoys the company of other dogs. I make sure that the dogs who board with us are a good fit to be with each other so there is no stress among the group. I separate everyone during feedings times for safety. I am flexible with pick up & drop off times and if for some reason I’m not home when you want to come I have a keypad you can use at anytime. I also offer pick up & drop off for an additional fee.

Schedule
My schedule is usually pretty flexible. On some days, I do visits/ walks in the morning then home in the afternoon. Dogs staying with us typically get potty breaks around 8am, noon, 4pm, 8pm and midnight. We have a fenced backyard so anytime they go to the door I will let them out. I also live next to a hilly neighborhood I will take the dogs (one or two at a time) for a walk in the afternoon.

Safety, trust & environment
At my house: I use a baby gate and different rooms to separate dogs during feeding time, always keep dogs on leash while outside of the home. They are allowed on furniture and can enjoy the ton of toys Winston has accumulated over the years. I leave the tv on for them if I leave the house.
Pets
A typical day
Backyard playtime, tons of toys, cuddles, afternoon walks, pictures & treat time. 🐾 My husband Clay is a photographer and will photo edit for long periods of time. Dogs love his company and often pile all around him while he’s working.
