With a good understanding of pet behaviors, I am up for any challenge, big or little! With my last pup of 16 years old and growing up helping take care of friend's and family's pets, I've seen it all and am comfortable with all ages, breeds, and sizes--dogs and cats, as well as some other common household and exotic pets. I am respectful to the owner's own methods and procedures for their pets while also being prepared in case of emergency, thanks to my experience working at vet clinics in the past. I love the outdoors and going on as long of a walk as it takes to help release your pup's (or cat's!) energy and fulfill their need for exercise and playtime!

Working with animals in professional settings in the past and currently having 2 of my own dogs, I have a heightened sense of awareness. I've been in all kinds of situations with animals and therefore have a learnt ability to handle difficult situations.

Katie was amazing with our dogs while we were out of town! They usually are so anxious when we return home after being gone but after Katie watched them they seemed so calm when we returned! The pictures she sent while we were gone showed pure joy for them! I couldn't have asked for a better sitter!
Molly and River were very happy when we returned. They enjoyed their walks with Katie. They also apologized for getting her dirty, but they said it was an indicator of how much fun they were having! They would like Katie to visit again, and so would we humans. Katie is reliable, great with the dogs, and provides lovely photos that reassured us that all was well.

Schedule
I currently have an extremely flexible schedule. If you need me to drop in or walk your dog twice a day or more, I can most likely accommodate that!

- It's best to know their temperament, any triggers, if they have any special needs, and even what their favorite play activity is. Are there any specific commands or trainings you want me to keep in mind? These are all beneficial things for sitters/walkers to know so your pets can get the most out of the visit, and your sitter/walker is set up for success!
