i love making pets happy!
For as long as i can remember, we’ve always had pets growing up. Cats to dogs back to cats. I really enjoy seeing how happy dogs get after only a little affection. I loved playing with my dog and taking him on walks. I loved his morning cuddles i’d get right before school. Now living with roommates I have 1 cat for myself and i love her just as much. My roommates have 2 dogs and a cat themselves that i love just like my own. I can’t help but get them treats every time i stop at Petco. My household helps take care of the animals so one person isn’t doing it all. I do work a full time job 9-5 Monday through Friday so that would need to work with my work schedule. I did take a break from pet sitting off of rover but have continued to do it on my own. I’ve kept up with it, with people i know and would love to get back into it on Rover. I wouldn’t be able to board any dogs at my house due to already have 4 animals there but i’d be more than happy do come to yours and care for them there.

My house has a fenced back yard and plenty of room to run around. I probably won’t be taking much pets home though. Not something i’m comfortable with just yet.

Katie dog sat for my 2 dogs for 2 nights in our home. She made sure my dog with a heart condition took her meds 4 times per day and took them for walks. She made sure they were fed and sent me messages on questions or comments she had. Our home was left in tact the way we left it. Thank you Katie for sitting with our dogs!
Great job. Gave me updates every time she went and helped me feel more comfortable with my pet being taken care of.

Katie showed Evie all the love that I was hoping she would get. The week was completely comfortable for us, knowing that Evie had a friend with her the entire time. Katie was extremely flexible in terms of time in our home versus time with Evie elsewhere. We got fun pictures throughout and never had to worry. She helped us keep our outdoor plants alive in the heat, as well, which we greatly appreciated. Plan on working with Katie again often.
When I had to travel for work, I was really looking for someone that would care for my dog as good as I would and follow the guidance provided. Not all family members and that is also true with our furry friends. It was very important to me that who ever was going to watch my dog while I was out of town got to know him and the he was comfortable with the this person. Katie took the time to come over to the house twice and spend time getting to know him and even walked him so she would be familiar with how he is on walks. My dog is a larger dog at 90lbs so I thought it was important for Katie to understand his strength and how he is on walks...especially when a squirrel is out for a distraction. :-) Katie did a superior job taking care of my dog and following directions on how and when to feed him. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to have their dogs watched for a day or even week as I did.

Schedule
I am currently working full time monday through friday from 9am to 5pm. i can do visits in the early morning or after im off work or both! Weekends are super flexible for me.
