Animal-loving dog mum 💜
Myself and my husband live in Stamford. We got our dog during lockdown 2020 when there were no training or care services available. I trained Clive every day with his meals and he learned lots of tricks and was toilet trained within a week which I’m really proud of. I have also had pets my whole life in my family home - we got our dog when I was 9 and she lived until she was 18 so I had a lot of experience caring for dogs prior to getting my own.

Katie was a such a great dogsitter. I was worried about my dog getting along with hers but she was happy to meet briefly before the stay, and kept me updated with lots of photos and reassuring messages throughout the three nights. My dog slept soundly in her crate each night and seemed happy when I picked her up. Would definitely send Juno to Katie again and recommend to other dog owners!
My first time using Rover and what a great experience! Katie welcomed Bobby Westie into her home with her own little pup, seen to his needs and took him for regular walks. Updates and photos were sent by text, which reassured me that my dog was okay and settled. Bobby returned home in a calm and happy mood, I would not hesitate to use Katie again. Thank you!
Katie was fantastic with our pup, Gimli, and so communicative! We really appreciated how much she stayed in touch with us. Our pup was so well taken care of - Katie took him on walks and even carried on our training. Her own dog was brilliant with Gimli, too. Thank you so much Katie!
My dog boarded with Katie over the Easter Weekend. I was very apprehensive about leaving him as my dog has quite bad separation anxiety. Katie fully understood my dogs personality and needs and I felt very comfortable leaving him. My dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay with Katie and loved the company from Katie’s dog Clive. Katie kept me updated with photos throughout his stay which was really appreciated. I would 100% board my dog with Katie again. Thank you so much for having him.

Schedule
I work from home so am flexible and fully available to the dogs in my care. I have my own dog so we will go on walks every day and play.

Safety, trust & environment
We keep the garden door shut most of the time unless the dogs outside and usually wait for them to finish their business and come back in. We have our own dog who can also keep your dog company. We have plenty of room for the dogs to either be together or apart in separate rooms as my partner and I work in different rooms so the dogs can choose who they want to go to! We won’t let your dog off lead on walks unless you explicitly state that your dog will be okay with this.

A typical day
We typically take our dog for a long walk or sometimes a jog in the mornings, then we can chill out and play in the day time in the house and then go for another walk early evening - there is a park nearby.
