I have always had cats and I love all animals. I did a Btec in animal care in college but didn't end up going into the animal profession as I had children. I have worked in vets, dog groomers, pets shops and also a zoo for few weeks in college. I currently own 5 cats. My eldest 2 Ginny and Bellatrix were rescued from being put down when an elderly lady got too sick to continue the care for them and none of her family wanted them. Ginny keeps to herself and comes for love when she wants it. Bellatrix demands love all the time. Then a few months later we rescued 2 kittens, Willow and Buffy, at 6 weeks old. I knew we were getting them too young but the owner was adamant they wanted to sell asap and I couldn't bare the thought of them going to someone who wouldn't know how to look after kittens so young. Sadly, Willow passed after a short illness when he was 6. Buffy is my shadow barely leaving my side and suffers major separation anxiety. Then we ended getting 2 more because we just can’t stop lol Lucifurr and Miss Kitty Fantastico. Lucifurr lives up to his name lol and Miss Kitty likes to talk… a lot. I seem to be an animal magnet, no matter where I go I get a cat on my lap or a dog wanting cuddles. I am very calm with animals and wait for them to come to me which I feel builds trust between me and the animal. Not only am I looking forward to your business, I am really looking forward to meeting your wonderful cats.

I have 5 cats that get fed twice a day, they are indoor cats so we have a lot of litter trays. For pet owners I follow all instructions given on how you take care of your pet.

So grateful to Serena for looking after our kitties, we came home and they were happy, well looked after and even our anti social cat ended up warming up to her very quickly. Serena is super friendly, did everything we asked and more, and managed to accommodate us last minute, we will definitely be booking with her again 🥰
I would highly recommend Serena. I have had her cat sitter service for a week for the first time and i have come home to a happy pussycat. I received daily pics and updates which enabled me to enjoy my holiday knowing that Frazzle was okay. I do worry when away and Serena made my holiday so much better as i knew Frazz was being cared for. I will definitely be using Serena's services again

Really pleased with the service. From the first meeting, Serena was friendly, reliable and easy to talk to. My cats were well looked after while I was away and seemed happy and settled when I got home. Great communication and overall a very positive experience. I would happily recommend her to others.

Schedule
I am currently attending University getting my degree a bit later in life. Most of it is online but 2 days in class (About to start my next year so don't currently know what days that will be until May). I am able to fit in pet sitting around this so have no problems committing to long sits and also last minute bookings
