Hello there! I’m an OSU and Capital University Law School alumnus and work from home as a practicing attorney! I'm from NE Ohio, but have called Columbus home for the last 16 years. I live in 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the border of Victorian Village and Harrison West. I have a small backyard that is fully fenced (6 foot wood privacy fence) so your pup can run and play as much as he/she/they would like. A little about my care: • I love capturing pups at their best and promise to send you as many pics as you want! • Dogs new to each other are supervised when together and introduced slowly. If I am not available to supervise (example: errands, showering, mowing) then they may be separated by request. • I have plenty of toys but if one dog exhibits toy aggression, all toys are put away unless dog is alone with the toy. • Over night dogs sleep wherever “normal” is for them: kennel, free roam, my bed, etc. • You ONLY need to bring food, treats, and a kennel (if applicable)! I have bowls, toys, blankets, etc. • I don’t require meet and greets because I have ability to always separate dogs if needed. On the dog’s first day I do “slow meets” via the backyard or a baby gate in my house (new dogs meets may take hours depending on the dog!). I've watched everything from tiny yorkies, to high energy working dogs, to a mellow 10 year old German Shepard. I am skilled in providing many types of medication. I love taking pictures and videos and will send plenty of updates! 🐕 My dog: My sweet 16 year old female Shih-tzu, Taffy, recently crossed the rainbow bridge. She was a sleepy, cuddly, crusty old lady with a bark. She received multiple kinds of morning medication and just wanted to be held! She occasionally played once she was used to a new dog otherwise minded her own business on the couch. If your pup is a senior babe who needs a little extra care and cuddles, you’ve come to the right place! They have a special place in my heart. I also have a 4 year old male mini golden doodle. His name is "Ruth" or "Tootie" or “RootieTootieBigBooty” haha. I'm convinced his motto is play hard, love harder-constantly into his toys, doing zoomies around the table, cuddling with Taffy, and stealing kisses. He's a lover and has never met a dog that hasn't become an instant buddies! Lastly, Stevie is my blind babe! She’s a rescue cockapoo that is just living her best life. She might not see you, but she has supersonic ears that will lead her right to you with tail wags and kisses. When not dog sitting or working on running my law firm, I volunteer fostering rescue dogs with Freedom Tails Ohio, serve as President of a local nonprofit, run my law firm, or am on a boat! I take my pups paddle-boarding regularly in the summer and yours are welcome to join, if you’d like! Ruth is a proud boat dog when we visit Grandma and Grandpa :) He has even gone tubing with me! Ruth, Stevie, and I would love for your pups to come hang with us!
