I enjoy slower mornings with coffee and snuggles to get the day started and work afternoons/evenings so I have time to take the pups on a walk before heading into work. My schedule varies but I work 40 hours a week.

Right now I only offer pet sitting services in the clients home. I do have a medium sized dog that would need to come with me so I know this arrangement wouldn't work for everyone. It does allow me to spend as much time as possible with your pet without abandoning my own :) Plus it keeps your pets in their routine and in a familiar environment.

Hey there! I'm a big pet lover and am available for house sitting. I have extensive experience with dogs, cats, rats, and farm animals like chickens, goats, and horses but just enjoy to loving on all animals. I'm not as familiar with reptiles, fish, or arachnids but I'm not afraid of them so that's a start. I have an equine science degree and worked at a foaling barn (as well as generally working as a feeder for several farms over the years) and am quite comfortable with my ability to notice when something is off. I know horses are different than usual pet sitting so I'm happy to share my experience more in depth if that's something you're looking for. I also have a fair bit of horticulture experience and can say with confidence that I can keep your houseplants and garden alive while you're gone as well :)

I met Katie at a volunteer training for therapeutic horseback riding, which speaks volumes to who she is and how much she loves animals. She has been a God-sent for taking care of my Great Dane during several trips. I refuse to leave my big guy at a kennel, and I'm extremely picky about who stays with him. Katie is amazing with him and treats him like her own. It's easy to tell when he likes somebody, and he's always happy to see her. She sends pictures and updates, and goes above and beyond to ease my mind that he is well cared for and happy when I'm away. She'll leave your home cleaner than you left it, she's trustworthy, and I would leave any of my critters in her care without question!
Katie watched my dog Jac for 1 week while I went out of state . When I came home Jac could sit and and walk on a lease good ! Not that I am a bad dog owner .. I just free range dog parent . .. but I would highly recommend Katie anytime!
