Besides working part time at a horse farm, I am currently in between jobs. So, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I already spend my day doing daily animal chores on my property and a horse farm. I would love to fit your pet into my daily routine of animal care.

I live on a hobby farm that is 10 acres. We currently have 2 friendly dogs, 2 cats who are good with dogs, 4 goats that are fenced in, and free range chickens and ducks. Your dog would have the option to run free in the yard if they are good with fowl and won’t run off. We do have a fenced in area that your dog could spend some time running around if they need to be fenced in and away from the fowl. We have a 1 mile trail loop around the property that I can walk your dog on as well. Your dog would have the option to be free in the house while we are home but we can also crate your dog if that is needed. If I am visiting your house, I am happy to let you dog out and play in the back yard if you have a fence. I am also happy to take your dog on a walk in any kind of weather. I am familiar with dog behavior and train with positive reinforcement techniques.

Let me know if your dog any special needs. Especially if they have any dietary restriction or cannot have certain treats or food. It would be good to know if your dog has had any experience being around chickens or ducks. Also, please let me know if your dog is allowed to be off leash in an unfenced yard while supervised.
Ein typischer Tag
On a typical day I would allow your pet to play in the yard or our fenced in area with or with my dogs. Your dog can play independently with toys or we can play games of fetch and tug of war together. I also can take your dog on a walk in the woods around our property. If your dog is comfortable traveling, we can take a walk on a local trail. Your dog will be aloud to spend time in the house relaxing or playing with my indoor dog as well.

I have been an animal lover my whole life. Growing up I always had dogs and cats in our home. When I moved into my first apartment, I adopted 2 cats almost immediately. Currently, I am the caretaker of 2 dogs, 2 cats, 4 goats, 4 horses, 1 rabbit, chickens and ducks. Animals are kind of my life. I have a wealth of knowledge about care for all of these animals.

She has been a tremendous help, she's very considerate, fantastic with communication, incredibly reliable and predictable, and importantly has taken such great care with my precious dog. I'm very pleased to have someone I can trust who can fill in when we need a little help.
Katie has great attention to detail; I am a vet tech and trainer so won’t trust many people with my pets but have always been happy with the care my pets receive! She is also fear free in all her handling and well versed in animal communication so I know they’re safe and happy!
