I have experience caring for dogs, cats, small animals, and fish! With a lifelong passion for animals and their wellbeing, and over 4 years in the pet retail industry, I understand what it takes to provide an excellent experience for pets (and their humans!) I’m currently available for walking, playing, feeding, cleaning animal enclosures, and even administering medication/special needs treatments. I’m fully vaccinated, lgbt+ friendly, considerate of you and your home, and always ready to care for your pet as if they were my own family member!

Katie has provided phenomenal care for Paige. She communicates well and is always prompt, reliable, and kind. She has been a godsend, not only with respect to affording me the ability to more easily adjust to new work schedules despite having to leave Paige at home, but also in enabling us to feel secure in knowing Paige is in incredibly competent and compassionate hands. Most importantly, Paige loves Katie. On several occasions, I have had to work from home but did not cancel the walks and observed Paige run to the front door when Katie comes in (she doesn’t even do that with me!). Thanks, Katie!
Katie did a great job with our two doggies for the 5 days that we were away. When we returned the doggies were very happy and well taken care of. She also took care of the house and all was good. We appreciate the pictures she sent and her thoughtful questions. We would not hesitate to call her the next time we go on a trip. Thank you Katie. 😀

I’ve just recently found myself leaving full time work in search of a part time job, so my availability is great! I have my own reliable transportation, and am willing to work with you whether you need a brief drop in or a lengthier visit, including an overnight in your home while you’re away!
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I won’t be providing daycare in my own home, but will always treat yours as if it were my own! I can be in and out for a walk with your dog, or provide any care they may need in your home within your preferred time slot. I’m more than willing to wear a mask at all times in your home. Or, with yours and the local jurisdictions approval, remove it in order to make shy animals more comfortable with me. Your animal’s safety and comfort are my top priority, and I have plenty of experience with pet body language, communication, and behaviors.
