I loved dogs so much when I was young that when I was 13 I started my first job as a dog washer at the “European Grooming” dog groomers up the street from my childhood home. I would work there all day every Saturday and loved it because I got to be with so many dogs. I also have been a second mom to my friend’s two Pitbull pups which have been quite a handful, but noting I can’t handle! I have experience helping to train and discipline even the most hyper and aggressive pupsters.

I can’t have dogs come to my home because my roommates have territorial cats, but I am happy to house sit and walk dogs to help families who need a reliable dog sitter.

Katie is one of the best dog sitters we've ever had! Our dog is a little shy around people he's never met, so Katie volunteered to come over and meet him the week before we left. Amazingly, he almost immediately let her into his circle of trusted friends and family. While we were away, Katie frequently sent updates, and in the pictures, we could tell that our dog was well-cared for and happy. Katie also went above and beyond and left our house in better shape than we left it for her. When we need a dog sitter, Katie is our first choice, and we highly recommend her to others.
Katie has puppysat for my wife and I several times in the past few months and our girls absolutely LOVE her. After making an impromptu work trip possible in a very short window of notice, we decided to book with her again so that we could spend a week in Costa Rica. Katie stayed at our home and took care of our pups in the environment they were most comfortable in - she is an incredibly trustworthy person and we felt very comfortable with her being alone in our home while we were gone. We were met with pictures every day, and happy and healthy puppies when we finally got back. Highly recommend!!
Katie was my housemate for over a year and for that time she was always good with my dog Penny. Penny has separation anxiety and Katie didn't mind comforting her and watching over her while I was away at school or work. Katie is very kind, compassionate and has a positive mindset. I would absolutely trust Katie as an animal caregiver.
Katie is a kind, energetic, athletic, responsible woman. I have seen her care for many pets over the years. She loves to go on walks, hikes, and park play-days.
Katie is responsible, organized, caring, loving, and a person who I'd highly recommend as a pet caregiver. She goes above and beyond in her care, treating people and pets with the same care she'd give to a close loved one. She is also excellent at relating to animals, meeting them where they're at, and offering them a fun, enriching environment.

Schedule
I’m currently working part time remotely and have a very flexible schedule. I just moved here and I think it would be fun to get to walk dogs while walking around this beautiful area 🌊
