Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and happiness come first, always. I’ll take the time to get to know your dog’s personality, routines, and quirks to make sure they feel totally comfortable and stress-free. I never rush walks, I only use secure leads, and I’ll stick to any feeding, medication, or care routines you’ve set. Living in Aylesham, we’re lucky to be surrounded by quiet countryside routes - perfect for relaxed walks or more energetic adventures depending on your dog’s vibe. I’m also more than happy to adapt routes to your dog’s comfort levels and preferences.

Information Katie R. would like to know about your pet
Before any booking, I’d love to know: How does your pet behave around other dogs and people? Do they have any medical needs, allergies, or dietary restrictions? Are they crate trained, or do they prefer free roam? Any separation anxiety, quirks, or routines I should know? Favourite toys or comfort items? How are they with car rides if I’m collecting or dropping off? I want to make sure your pet is totally happy and stress-free - so the more I know, the better I can care for them like you would.
A typical day
Weekday mornings start with an early countryside walk- me, my partner, and your pup getting some fresh air before the day begins. After work, it’s time for round two - another evening walk through the fields, with plenty of sniff stops and positive reinforcement along the way. I’ll keep your pet company before and after work, making sure they’re fed, walked, and cuddled up comfy in their usual routine. Weekends are even better - longer walks, daytime visits, and full attention for your pet, whether it’s playtime or nap time.

Caring Dog Sitter in Kent!🐶
Pet care experience
We’re all about genuine care, calm energy, and consistency. We’ve looked after dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from bouncy pups to older dogs who just want a cuddle and a calm walk. We understand how much trust goes into letting someone care for your pet, and we take that seriously. We bring strong communication, loads of patience, and a flexible, positive approach - plus regular photo updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing. Think of us as an extension of your care, not a replacement. When you book me, you also get my partner who is a super fit exercise lover who loves running & all things fitness. If you have a dog that needs more vigorous exercise let me know and I’m sure he would love to take them on a run! He is a teacher & so has weekday availability in half terms & over summer. We are both animal lovers who have always had family pets and are known for taking our family & friends’ pets out for walks and spending time giving them cuddles! We have been sitting on Rover for a while now, and now we have our own home want to open it up to board doggies at our place now 🫶

Reviews

Our dog had a great day with Katie. She sent regular updates and photos and our dog seemed very relaxed and like he had a fab day - I’m not sure he wanted to leave! Thanks so much.

Flo, loves Charlie and Katie, they are wonderful sitters, nothing seems to much trouble for them, I would highly recommend them to anyone, we will using their services again and again, without a doubt.

What a top couple, Flo loved them both as soon as they met, Flo was well looked after with great photos of Flo chilling with them, house was spotless when we came back, will defo use again
Highly recommend Katie & Charlie! Will be booking again for sure, thank-you both.
