I have taken care of dogs most of my life. I grew up in a dog household and have had dogs of my own my entire adult life. I truly believe our pets are members of our families and I promise to make yours feel like an honorary member of mine while they are in my care. I have experience with dogs from puppy stage through advanced senior care.

Charlie’s first stay with Katie and her family. Lots of great updates. He started not feeling good and she just gave him extra snuggles ❤️ until I came to pick him up. So thankful to have found her and looking forward to Charlie getting to spend more time with her when I need to be away.

Schedule
My husband and I both work full time from our home offices. So I am available throughout the day to give your fur baby attention, snuggles and potty breaks.

I have a fully fenced in backyard for potty breaks and play time. I have a 2 year old dog named Tito, who is one of the chilliest dogs I’ve ever met as well as a 10 month old golden retriever named Carlos who is a sweet, friendly and energetic boy. We take daily walks (weather safety permitting) and can offer plenty of playtime. I work from home so I am able to accommodate your pets needs and care schedule. We have 11 and 12 year old kiddos who loves animals and are great with dogs. I have experience giving oral and injection medication, one of my senior dogs (14 years old) who I lost a few years ago had diabetes and needed daily insulin injections.

A typical day
We are a well balanced household, we love to be active but also can provide a calm environment for your fur baby. Depending on your pets needs we can go for daily walks, checking out all the new smells in the neighborhood. We live close to Elm Creek Park Reserve and enjoy exploring all of the trails with our doggos. The fenced in backyard provides a safe space for outdoor playing. If you have an older dog who has senior care needs or just a lower energy dog I can provide a quiet, safe environment for them. I will adjust care according to your pets schedule and individual needs.

- Please let me know ahead of time your pets feeding, sleeping and potty schedule. Including any mediation needs. Because I have an older child (12) and a dog of my own (Tito 1.5) let me know about your dogs temperament and how they interact with other dogs. We will need to discuss your dogs crate needs, if they require a crate during the day and/or at night please let me know ahead of time.
