I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities. I previously had a Bernese Mountain Dog for 9 wonderful years and now have a Golden Retriever. I’m active, patient and comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, basic training and lots of cuddles! I’ll always treat your pet like they’re one of my own. 🐾❤️

Thanks Katie for taking care of our skittish, nervous dog! "Lady" really warmed up to your great attention. Your experience with rescues was a definite plus, and your dog was very calming to Lady as well. Our trip was much more relaxed knowing that our dog was in good hands. We would definitely re-book pet sitting with you in the future.
Katie has been helping me with my boys for the last few years. I have a boxer and a french bulldog, who have become friends with her sweet boy Beau. I'm a nurse and sometimes my schedule changes quickly, yet I can always count on her to help me out with house visits and to give my boys some love while I'm busy at work. She is hard working, reliable and responsible & I highly recommend her for your sweet fur baby. Also - who wouldn't want a fellow dog lover taking care of your little besties? Dog people are the best people.

Schedule
Pet care already fits naturally into my everyday routine! I have a dog of my own, so walks, outdoor time, playtime and lots of attention are already a big part of my day. I’m very active and love being outside, so adding another furry friend to my routine is something I genuinely enjoy.

I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable and loved! Whether they’re in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime and any special instructions. I give them lots of attention and affection and treat every pet like they’re my own.

A typical day
A typical day would include lots of walks, outdoor time, playtime and cuddles! I’m a big walker, so I love getting dogs outside to explore and get some exercise. At home, I’m usually right on the floor playing with them, throwing toys or just hanging out and giving them lots of attention. I really enjoy keeping dogs active, happy and feeling right at home!
