I’m a mom of four human children (three adults and one teen) and four fur-and-feathered ones. I’ve cared for pets since I was a young child and love every minute I get to spend with them. I have worked as a pet caretaker for companies here in the Savannah area and a while back, decided to branch out on my own. I have a soft spot for rescues and special needs dogs,and the training and knowledge to give them the extra care they may require. I also work for Chatham Co Animal Services and deal with a wide range of animal temperaments and health issues daily.

Safety, trust & environment
As I have my own rescue pup who is wonderful and loving,but not always receptive to other dog visitors,I prefer to work in the clients’ homes when feasible. I find this usually is the easiest transition for senior and special needs pets as the stress of being boarded can often be hard on them.

Katie was fantastic taking care of our two pups over a few nights. Sent us updates on a great schedule and we came home to happy pups and a clean house.
Five stars! I cannot recommend Katie enough! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and needed a drop-in visit for my dog since we would be out of the room for so long and I appreciate how great Katie did stepping in and helping. She’s a great communicator, which made the process very easy and we loved getting her pics of our pup having so much fun while we were at the wedding festivities.

Katie was awesome and a my fur babies loved her instantly. We had an unfortunate incident that happened the second day into the sitting. Katie informed us and our emergency contact as soon as she encountered it. She made sure our girl was taken to the vet to get emergency help. We sadly loss our Ava that day. 🥺 Katie showed heartfelt compassion to us and assured us that the other babies were just fine. She stayed in contact with us throughout the sitting, she sent pictures, words of encouragement and even checked our mail. 10 out 10, I highly recommend.
Highly recommend! Katie was very friendly, took great care of our cats while we were gone, and keep us in the loop with everything! Loved getting the pics and videos while we were gone. Thank you so much!!
Katie was great! She is very responsible and is a natural with pets! She even befriended my shy cat! She was wonderful and I highly recommend her.

Schedule
I highly enjoy getting to meet pets and their families from all walks of life. Fresh air,exercise,and lots of furry snuggles and nose boops keeps me young.
