Currently I am self employed and working from home. I have a rather flexible schedule that allows me to come and go throughout the day. In addition, I am available for overnight care in your home several days each month.

I’ve lived my entire life with an animal companion of some sort. It started with dogs, and expanded cats, parakeets, turtles, bunnies, chickens, goats and I’m sure a few other random things throughout the years. I have a soft spot for anything that breathes. Friends have relied on me for years to help train and care for their pets. They know I’ve most likely been through it all with my assortment of animals. My partner and I currently have 5 dogs and a senior cat at home. There are even a few wild critters that make the occasional occurrence in our backyard. We have a mutual respect and share our space rather well. We’ve even named our more frequent backyard visitors, though they don’t seem to care.

Katie is fabulous! We are so pleased that Katie was available and interested in watching our senior cat, Bentley. From our first meeting, we were confident that Katie would take excellent care of our anxious and temperamental cat. With an unexpected flight delay, Katie kindly offered to extend her visits. It’s so much nicer to be away knowing that your pet is in such capable hands. We’d definitely ask Katie to watch our cat again. Thank you, Katie, for your compassionate care of our cat!
