I’ve lived my entire life with an animal companion of some sort. It started with dogs, and expanded cats, parakeets, turtles, bunnies, chickens, goats and I’m sure a few other random things throughout the years. I have a soft spot for anything that breathes. Friends have relied on me for years to help train and care for their pets. They know I’ve most likely been through it all with my assortment of animals. My partner and I currently have 5 dogs and a senior cat at home. There are even a few wild critters that make the occasional occurrence in our backyard. We have a mutual respect and share our space rather well. We’ve even named our more frequent backyard visitors, though they don’t seem to care.

With 5 dogs of my own, I understand the importance of keeping your furry friends in their routine. I respect the rules you have in place for your family. You can be sure that I will follow your instructions to keep your crew on track while you are away. I am a sucker for those sweet babies. They may con me into a little extra love and attention, but no extra meals or treats if that isn’t on the menu!

Katie is fabulous! We are so pleased that Katie was available and interested in watching our senior cat, Bentley. From our first meeting, we were confident that Katie would take excellent care of our anxious and temperamental cat. With an unexpected flight delay, Katie kindly offered to extend her visits. Schedule
Currently I am self employed and working from home. I have a rather flexible schedule that allows me to come and go throughout the day. In addition, I am available for overnight care in your home several days each month.
