Let Me Spoil Your Kitties!
I know how hard it can be to leave your feline family behind when you travel. My goal is to provide you with a sense of calm knowing that your pets are being cared for by someone who has spent her whole life around cats. I currently have 3 cats, and I'm always ready to meet more! And as a multi-cat household, I am pleased to offer a discount to owners with 3 or more cats--the more the merrier! I've spent the last dozen years volunteering with local rescue organizations, and I spend my spare time volunteering with Project Meow in West Philadelphia. I have significant experience with medicating cats from both my volunteer experience and having senior cats with health issues. From administering pills to asthma treatments and injections, I am comfortable giving cats what they need to stay healthy.

Safety, trust & environment
One of the reasons I love cats is because they do what they want when they want to. With that knowledge, I follow their cues and go at their pace. However, if there is a situation where they need something (like medication) and they aren't cooperating, I know how to safely handle them. I will care for your cats like they are mine for the time you are away!

Katie was a truly wonderful cat sitter, immediately beloved by our cat (and toddler!). She wrote very detailed and colorful reports and sent us lots of pictures so we felt at ease knowing our cat was not only cared for, but stimulated and happy. Was also very accommodating to our schedule and an excellent communicator. We would not hesitate to hire Katie to look after our cat again!

Schedule
I currently work full-time, so I can do morning and evening weekday drop ins. Mornings are more location dependent than evenings, but reach out and let's see if we can make it work! I have availability through out the weekend. I have a car, so I can visit kitties that may be a bit farther away.
- CatsKatie can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- I like to know if your kitty has any favorite hiding places in case they disappear during a visit. I also like to know what may spook your cat so I can be prepared and help them stay calm and comfortable while you are away.
