Pet care is naturally part of my everyday life. Between my own dog, my kids, and the dogs I care for, our days revolve around walks, playtime, feeding, and snuggles. Since I work from home, I’m able to give plenty of attention throughout the day — morning walks, midday potty breaks, and evening playtime are just part of our normal routine

Please let me know about their feeding schedule, walking habits, favorite toys, and any quirks or fears they might have (like thunder, fireworks, or certain noises). I also like to know if your pet has any medical needs, allergies, or special instructions — and how they do around other dogs or kids. The more I know, the better I can make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away!

I start the morning with potty breaks and a nice walk to get everyone’s energy out. During the day, I work from home, so your pup will have lots of company — plus a few play sessions, belly rubs, and cuddle breaks mixed in. We’ll spend time in the fenced-in backyard, toss a ball, or just relax in the sunshine. In the evening, we’ll wind down with another walk and some cozy downtime before bed. I make sure to follow your pet’s normal routine so they feel happy, secure, and right at home.

Hi, I'm Katie, and I've been a lifelong dog lover! As a work-from-home mom with two older kids (17 and 20), our house is a bustling, loving environment. We have two friendly resident dogs who would love a temporary playmate. When your dog stays with us, they'll be treated like family. What Your Dog Gets: • Nearly Constant Supervision: Because I work from home, your pet will hardly ever be left alone and will get all the attention, cuddles, and care they could ever want or need. • Daily Exercise: I am committed to a daily walk with every dog I watch, ensuring they get the physical activity they need to stay happy and healthy. • Safe Play Area: We have a nice, securely fenced-in backyard perfect for supervised playtime and bathroom breaks. • Experienced Care: I've been around animals my entire life and have experience administering medication, including oral pills and topical treatments, so you can trust your pet's health needs will be met. My family and I can't wait to welcome your dog into our home for a fun, safe, and loving stay!

Katie was AMAZING! My original sitter fell through 2 days before my trip- and Katie was super responsive! We set up a meet and greet that day- and after meeting her- I felt super confident leaving my pups with her. I have an elderly beagle who requires medicine- she took excellent care of them! Will definitely be asking Katie to watch my pups again.
My dog enjoys her time at Katie's. I feel very comfortable knowing she is being taken care of and enjoying herself with Katie's family.
Second stay with Katie, all good. My golden girl came home happy and relaxed. Good communication. THX
