Pet care experience
I have been blessed to be brought up with household of animals from a very early age from cats, dogs, hamsters, horses & even parrots. When I became a homeowner, I had my own dog Blue for 18 years, beautiful mixed breed, border collie with black Labrador but unfortunately lost a couple of years ago due to old age. I do wish to get another one but presently enjoying the flexibility of looking after animals of others that need a loving home of support.

What an angel!!! Katie is amazing! She very kindly offered to have my dog even though he had just had surgery! She was very caring and considerate to him. She put our mind at ease with all lots of pictures and updates! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond! Highly recommended 10/10! X
Just picked up my two Bedlington terriers from Katie . Such a wonderful lady. My dogs were really comfortable and happy with Katie and her family . I was able to relax and enjoy my course knowing they were in capable hands . Katie kept me updated with how they were doing . Highly recommend Katie . We will be returning .
Maisie's had a wonderful time staying with Katie and her family again ☺️ She loved having a doggy playmate for part of her stay. The pictures Katie sent looked like she was being spoiled rotten. Surprised she wanted to come home 😏

I am very close to several fields, dog friendly areas to walk and have a very secure garden that is fenced and astro turf so able to play safely. My home is very animal friendly yet comfortable, I don’t allocate any particular area for dogs, yet I do have rooms I can close off if required to give them a sense of comfort, privacy or they can lie near me when I work and happy for them to stay in my room if that is what they are used at home.

A typical day
Regular walks & personal play, lots of comfort, care and attention required that suits individual dogs needs advised by the owners. Happy to go above and beyond within reason if will make the dog & owner comfortable & reassured.

I work from home so have the flexibility of being home to care and look after dogs that don’t like to be left alone and also giving dogs as many walks they need.
