I have owned dogs my entire life. I am accustomed to the good, bad, and everything in between when it comes to owning a pet. Some of my dogs in the past have had medical issues of varying sorts, so I am no stranger to strict/detailed feeding. I am also used to walking dogs daily regardless of rain, snow, or sunshine.

My living situation doesn't allow for me to keep your pet with me. However, I'm happy to stop by and either check on your pet or give them a walk!

Katie is fantastic! She has watched our dogs numerous times over the years and I always leave 100% confident that my dogs will not only be well cared for, but will feel loved. She has no issues with the little ones being in her lap or sitting on the floor so the big ones can (almost) be in her lap. Katie's calm and gentle nature seems to attract even the most nervous paw-friend. I know Katie has experience with some fear-based behaviors, such as excessive barking, shyness, and hiding. She manages each with patience and kindness. Katie responds timely for any requested updates or check-ins. I have always been pleased with the pet-care services she has provided for me and my family. For reference, the pups she has watched for us include a pocket beagle (geriatric), labs (young and old), and a border collie.
Katie is a very caring and flexible when it came to pet sitting for me! She was easy going and kept great communication with me. I had no worries with leaving my pet, Poppy, with her. When I came back from vacation, I could tell Poppy was fond of Katie by the way they interacted! If I ever need a pet sitter again, Katie will be my first pick!

Schedule
I'm currently a graduate student so my schedule is a bit random. I am most available in the early mornings or evenings. I'm always in need of a study break though and would be as flexible as possible.
