I've looked after many animals over the years - I've owned a horse, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish and of course, cats and dogs. I can house-sit with your animals and make sure everything is looked after while you're away so you can fully relax and have a worry-free holiday. Your peace of mind is my priority. I'm calm, responsible and mature, and bring years of experience to my house-sits. I find that animals usually pick up on this and quickly feel safe and relaxed around me. I can also water plants and take in packages, shopping or mail while you're away. I can mow your lawn too. Essentially, your home and pets are in very capable hands when I come and stay. I'm happy to travel outside my local area as long as it's near some sort of transport as I don't have a car at the moment (I do have a bike though). Ideally I'd sit for a minimum of three nights so worth me travelling there and back. I absolutely love all animals and pride myself in taking good care of them and keeping them safe, healthy and happy at all times. I love walking and being outdoors so I'll be happy to take your dogs out for nice long rambles. I've owned many pets over the years so I know the various idiosyncrasies of different animals. I can also do animal reiki (human reiki too, if you need it!). If you have any special requirements or any questions, just drop me a line and I'll be happy to help. Also, I understand that health is of the utmost importance at the moment, so I'll be extra careful with cleaning and disinfecting areas. I'm safe and healthy and will make sure your animals and home are too. I look forward to hearing from you. Warm wishes, Katie NB. I may need to add on some of my travel expenses, if the booking is far outside my area. I'm happy to travel to most places (in the UK and abroad), but as I currently don't have a car, it can be quite pricey to get to some places. I will always discuss this with you when you enquire, however, so we can come to an arrangement that works.

When I'm sitting in a client's home, their home and their pets are at the utmost importance to me. I ensure the animals are safe, happy and cared for at all times, and that the house is kept clean and tidy.

Katie looked after our Ragdoll cat in our house for two weeks for us and her care for our cat and our home was faultless. Katie sent updates and pictures of our cat whilst we were away and it is evident she always puts the pets needs first. Having Katie as our sitter meant we could relax whilst we were away knowing our pet was safe and cared for. We will absolutely book Katie in again in the future!
Katie looked after our dog, cat and aquarium for a week and everything was faultless. It is the first time in a long time that whilst away we could completely relax knowing that everything was fine with our mini zoo. The house was also spotless with even bedsheets washed and on the line drying when we got home. I really cannot recommend Katie highly enough and we hope to have Katie look after our home again in the future.
Katie was very attentive and looked after our dogs and rabbits very well. She communicated daily with an update which was good and she left out home as she found it. We would definitely call on Katie again x
Katie looked after our spaniel, Guinea pigs and chickens for a week over May term. She was incredible with all of my animals and my dog pined for her after she’d left! She took great care of our home, everything was neat and tidy when we returned. I can’t recommend her services enough and we will be booking her again later this summer!

Schedule
I will generally work around whatever routine the pets require. My own routine is flexible enough to adapt to the circumstances. The animals come first!
