Pet care experience
Caring dog sitting where every tail wags happily.
Having dogs as pets growing up has given me invaluable experience in caring for and understanding these wonderful animals. My love for all dogs and the joy they bring puts a constant smile on my face. Now, I have my own dog, Coco, a four-year-old Spaniel. We enjoy long walks on the Sea Wall and in the New Forest, she's spoiled for places to explore! It's not just about the running around; I always make sure she's mentally stimulated too, playing games like "go find" with yummy healthy treats. Having Coco has taught me the nuances of dog behavior and needs, so you can be confident that your dog will be well cared for, looked after, and loved as if they were my own. I have two children, aged 14 and 11, who love dogs just as much as I do, so your dog will never be short of cuddles if they want them. In the last year, I have dog-sat numerous times for friends and family, applying the same level of care and attention to ensure every dog feels at home and loved.

Katie is absolutely amazing. She was fabulous with our dog; taking him for lovely walks. He was made to feel like part of the family. Furthermore, Katie sent us photos of our dog and information about what he was doing which was very reassuring. A wonderful host for our dog; we would recommend her highly. Thank you so much Katie !

Katie and her family looked after Freo beautifully. She enjoyed lovely walks on the sea wall and in the New Forest, after which she slept soundly under Katies desk ! Communication was easy and clear and we very much hope to see Katie again soon.

Schedule
I work full time from home. I tend to walk in the morning for a longer walk and then again in the evening for a shorter walk.

I have an enclosed garden so you can be assured that your dog is safe. Please let me know of any special requirements so I can make sure they are met for your dog.
Pets
A typical day
Usually up early for 6.30 walk at least 5k but can adapt to your dog. We play go find hiding treats and sniffing them out. Ball play. Different places to walk so always stimulating for our furry friends.
