I love all dogs, big and small! We do have 1 cat in the house. Please let us know whether your dog gets along with cats (no growling/chasing).
A typical day
We love to take dogs for walks. Our large fenced yard is also perfect for playing fetch or running around. My husband works from home, so there’s plenty of time to play and hang out together.

I am a veterinarian continuing my education at UNC. I have been working with pets for a long time and love taking care of pets and loving them as my own! I have medical training as a veterinarian, so you can rest assured that your dog or cat will be in great hands! I am very organized and great at following instructions - I want to take care of your pet exactly the way that you would, and make them feel as loved as I can while you are unable. If you have any questions feel free to reach out! I would love to open my home and heart to your pets! I will certainly work with your schedule as much as I can to accommodate you and your pup!

Katie was so great with my anxious dog! Very accommodating.
Our puppy loved staying with Katie! You could tell she really loves animals. She took him to the dog park daily, and sent update pictures multiple times a day. We knew Nash was having a great and safe time with her! Would definitely recommend!
Katie took good care of our fussy boy Ollie! We felt very comfortable leaving him with her. She, her husband and Max were very patient with Ollie, and because our dogs have had health issues in the past, her veterinary training is a big plus!
My dog had a great time and I got lots of pics and updates, along with a super easy drop off/pick up - will definitely be booking with Katie again!
