I have always loved pets and will treat yours like they are my own. I’ve used Rover for several years for sitters for my dog Scout, and I'd love to offer the same help to other dog owners. I will spend each visit making sure your dog feels safe and comfortable. Neighborhood walks, hikes, playing in the yard, or just lounging -- I'm happy to adapt to what your dog enjoys.

Katie was so sweet with Bingo and also very flexible, communicative and thoughtful. Bingo seemed very comfortable with her and her sweet pup Scout. She sent my plenty of updates, too. I will definitely reach out again if needed.
Katie was amazing with our dog Skye. She has a very calm and caring energy and my dog really responds well to that. Katie's communication is great and she is really easy to work with. We loved her cute dog Scout too! I would definitely recommend her services and we hope to user much more in the future.

Katie has watched my Frenchie Burt many times when I have been on vacation or gone for business. She is gentle and caring of Burt and okay, even when I can be overprotective of my dog. When I leave my dog with other people he will typically stop eating, but Katie has the trick to keeping him healthy, happy, and cared for.

Schedule
I am mostly available on weekends and only schedule stays when I can be with your dog for the full time (unless otherwise discussed). Please reach out to share details about your pet care needs and timing that works for you.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a small house with a fenced-in yard. I'm happy to adapt to your dogs needs and preferences. I can provide walks and other enrichment activities. My 8yr old dog Scout gets along well with many dogs but I'd prefer to have a meet and greet before booking to be sure it is a good fit for several hour stays / boarding. He isn’t as good with dominant male dogs.

A typical day
My neighborhood is great for walks and there are hiking trails close by. I have some puzzle feeders and other enrichment activities if your dog is interested. I use positive reinforcement with any training.
