Hello! My name is Katie. I graduated UC Davis with an animal science degree and specializing in captive and companion animals. I worked at one of the largest animal clinics in my city and I loved my job. I have always loved animals my entire life. At once I had 4 dogs in my house and I take care of them like my family. I have been helping people look after their pets for more than 15 years now and I love it! I'm easy going, experienced and would love to take care of your animals! I have been on Rover for a several years and it is a great experience for me. I took a few years break from Rover to be a dog trainer for a company. I update my clients everyday with pictures and/or a general update to put their minds at ease while they are away. Let’s have a meet-n-greet to prove that I am the best fit for your animals. After all, they are family too!

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure all the doors and locked and closed. I can easily crate dogs if needed. I provide water ad libitum. When my dogs are inside for awhile I will take them on a walk to get out some energy!

I really had an amazing experience with Katie. She house sat for me for 3 nights while I was away on business. I have two large dogs and a terrier mix and she was great! She was respectful, professional, and punctual. She keeps in contact with you and always lets you know what's going on. It was one of the few times I went on a trip and didn't have to worry. I highly recommend her. She also kept everything very tidy and followed my millions of instructions.
Katie is a fantastic caretaker. She is obviously passionate about animals and will love them like her own. She's amazing and I've loved having her watch my dogs.

Katie was an excellent sitter. We were gone 12 days and had never left our puppy behind. Katie texted and sent pics every day. She handled an ant problem in the kitchen very well. We were very pleased with Katie and her care of our precious dog.
Katie was the perfect person to take care of my brand new puppy, Cody! She offered great tips in getting Cody trained and would always check in with me on what training techniques I was using to ensure Cody was getting consistent messaging. Katie would always send me videos and pics during her visits. It was so great to know that Cody was in great hands while I was at work. She really is fantastic and I will continue to use her. I know Cody would miss her too much!
Katie was amazing and helped put my mind at ease. We have had some terrible dog sitting experiences (not through this site) and Katie went above and beyond. My pups love her.

I am working 5 hours a week in Irvine and stay local most of the time in Orange County to provide services for people’s pets
