I enjoy animals (especially dogs) and love the joy they bring to their families. I look forward to making your pet feel loved when you are away. I also have experience giving medicine to animals when necessary. We have 2 dogs of our own: Betty (5 lb chihuahua), Mosey (18lb pug) that would be available to help your dog socialize, if you would like.

Katie and her family did a wonderful job caring for Brownie, even with our special needs and requests, such as giving insulin injections and helping Brownie with steps. They are a very kind family who clearly loves dogs. They were available on short notice and even at Christmastime. We are so grateful to have found Katie!

Schedule
I currently work part-time away from home three days a week and would need to be able to crate your dog while I'm away. I like to be flexible and work with the pet owner as much as possible.

A typical day
When staying with us, we have a fairly large loop around our 5-acre property that we can walk along or we can walk down the road. We also have a fenced yard with a dog door so your dog would be able to go outside to go potty or for exercise whenever they like.
