Previously recommended Katie, however this time not so much. Paid her for 4 weekly 30-minute visits to get to know our 1 y/o rescue before leaving on a 3 night vacation with our children and grandchildren. Discussed numerous times we do not want pup crated more than 4 hours, with understanding her work could run 4-6 hours, if she was even scheduled to work. Contacted her after pup crated 7 hours to inquire whereabouts only to learn next day was another work shift and a graduation party she would be attending as she “is really busy in the summer months.” Cut vacation short a day to avoid him having to be crated another long day, which he is not used to. Tore his dog bed to shreds in his anxiety, which he hadn’t done in the 6 months we have had him. We realize he can be a handful and have been working with a trainer, which is why we did 4 paid “meet and greets” before she accepted the job. Very disappointing. Seemed more like a drop-in service instead of the in-house sitting we paid for.

If you are looking for someone who will care for your dog and do everything you ask, with amazing communication with you, Katie is your person! She is our go to and we are picky!

Katie always keeps our dogs safe & happy, our home in order & we feel lucky every time she is available to house sit our dogs.
