Rover shows that I had to cancel a dog sitting. It was an emergency situation and I told the dog owner that I could still make it work, but if they had someone else, it’d be best, and they were totally okay with it. I am very reliable and responsible, so I want to make that clear, as I don’t get the amount of requests as I used to. I’m bummed Rover uses it against me so harshly. Please read my reviews. As for my experience, have had dogs in my life for 40 years. I grew up with labs, and owned my first lab in college. I owned two yorkies after that, and now my only dog is a miniature Australian cobberdog. She is very sweet, low-med energy and likes making new friends! I have a nice apartment in a house. Pups are allowed on the furniture. I live close by to some great dog parks, so your pup would get lots of exercise. I've been a dog walker/sitter for Rover and WAG for over 8 years. I currently live in Jamaica Plain MA. I am great with all dogs breeds and ages, and I make sure to give them lots of attention and cuddles. I'm also experienced in taking care of cats. I had 2 cats growing up for almost 17 years. Currently I am always home Friday - Sunday if needed. Monday - Thursday I am away for 4 hours total, and I usually have a dog sitter to keep my dog company when I’m at work for those hours. TThank you in advance for trusting me with your dog/cat.
