Hi! My name is Katie, and I am a veterinary student at St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine. I will be entering my clinical year at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in January 2027 and graduating with my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine shortly thereafter. Caring for animals has always been my passion, and I have dedicated my education and career to their health, safety, and well-being. Through my veterinary training, I have gained extensive knowledge in animal behavior, preventive care, medication administration, emergency recognition, and the unique needs of dogs and cats of all ages. In addition to years of pet-sitting experience, I have worked as an emergency veterinary technician and have participated in wildlife care and rehabilitation. These experiences have given me hands-on experience caring for animals in both routine and urgent situations. While I am not yet a licensed veterinarian, my advanced veterinary education allows me to provide an exceptional level of care and attention to your pets. Whether your pet needs a walk, overnight care, medication administration, or simply extra love and attention while you’re away, you can feel confident knowing they are in the hands of someone with extensive animal-care experience and professional veterinary training. I treat every pet as if they were my own and look forward to meeting your furry family members!

Schedule
I currently am a full time veterinary student at St. George’s University, but will he home in Miami for winter and summer break. From mid December to early January and from mid May to early August. During these times I will be available for pet care services!

I have a completely fenced in yard with plenty of room for your pups to run around and play in. I also love to walk/ run long distances if your pup has extra energy.

I love to run with high energy dogs as well as take them on walks around the neighborhood. If they are up for it I love to play with them as well!
