I'm part of a family of four (two parents and two children), and we sadly said goodbye to our beloved Chihuahua earlier this year after 14 wonderful years. While I’m not quite ready to welcome a new dog of my own, I really miss the love, companionship, and daily walks that come with having a pet. I work from home and will be your dog’s primary caregiver, so your pet will have company, care, and attention throughout the day. I offer a warm, friendly, and loving environment where your dog will be treated like part of the family.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! From the very beginning, it was clear that my sitter genuinely loves animals and takes their responsibility seriously. Katie kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. It’s obvious they were given plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I also really appreciated how professional and reliable the sitter was—everything was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pet. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
Katie has minded Teddi for me as a boarder with her and her lovely fam. She went above and beyond to fit me in for walking Teddi while I was recently away. I would totally recommend Katie as always for either walking or boarding with her. If there were more stars I would give them 🥰🙏
Monty clearly had a fantastic time staying with Katie and family. Katie was very efficient and helpful in setting up the booking. It has been great to find a sitter that has provided a loving family setting and has ensured that Monty had plenty of long walks that he loves whilst we were away. Katie provided plenty of updates and photos too. We wouldn't hesitate to use Katie again or to recommend her to others.

Teddi has just spent a week over Christmas with Katie and her lovely family again. Teddi absolutely loves going to stay and is made to feel right at home from start to finish. Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’ve always enjoyed getting out for daily walks, especially when we had our own dog, so it's something I genuinely look forward to. I work from home, so I’m always around to keep your dog company and make sure they feel settled and cared for throughout the day. My children also enjoy being involved, especially when it comes to gentle walks and giving plenty of affection. Having a dog around again would be a lovely addition to our routine.

I care for pets in my home by creating a safe, relaxed, and friendly environment where they feel like part of the family. I have a large, fenced back garden that’s perfect for playtime and fresh air. Since I work from home, dogs are never left alone for long and can enjoy plenty of company throughout the day. I'm happy to follow any specific routines or instructions, including using a crate if that’s what your dog is used to — my goal is to make sure they feel as comfortable and settled as possible.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet is all about comfort, care, and fun! I start by making sure they feel safe and relaxed, whether that means a slow morning cuddle or an energising walk. I tailor the day to each pet’s needs: we might go on a walk around the neighbourhood , local park we live walking distance from Royden woods with plenty of different walks through there. I always stick to their usual routine and make sure they’re eating, exercising, and resting as they normally would.
