I have cared for dogs who have have reactive tendencies with other dogs and humans. I’d love to address these common behavioral issues/traits with owners prior to meeting the dog in an effort to create a strategy to mitigate the stress response their dog may be having in these scenarios.
A typical day
I love walking with dogs in safe neighborhoods, beautiful nature trails and playing games with them in the comfort of their own yards. I am happy to bring them to a local dog park, nearby state park or trail. Owners preference!

I am an experienced dog walker and cat lover. I am active, reliable, caring, and a responsible person who lives in a quiet neighborhood with a big yard with plenty of safe streets for walking that surround my home. I have plenty of space for dogs to explore and play in my giant yard and I am able to offer mobile services and tend to the animals at your home for their comfort or bring them to state parks and on nature hikes. I find spending time with animals extremely rewarding and enjoyable. I am happy to get to know your furry friends and become their new best friend. I love spending time in nature, going for hikes, visiting state parks, and visiting the ocean. Please feel free to message me with inquiries about rates. I have noticed Rover changes my rates often. Sometimes the prices aren’t an accurate reflection of what I set due to Rover changing them.

As someone using Rover for the first time, Katie more-than exceeded my expectations. I could tell from the picture progression each day that my two kitties were well taken care of and loved to the fullest. Katie was excellent with communication, providing pictures and written statements every visit. She was attentive to both their needs and my own. I would easily recommend Katie to any pet owner, and will be asking for her help in the future!
