Hi! I have 20+ years of pet sitting experience, starting with neighbor's dogs and cats to coworkers and friends dogs, cats, chickens, etc. I have 3.5 years working as a Volunteer Coordinator for multiple animal shelters, teaching volunteers about animal body language, dog walking/handling, cat handling, and more. From short-term jobs of 1 or 2 days to 2 week long jobs, I am happy to petsit as long as needed. I have extensive experience administering medicine to dogs and cats. My communication skills are impeccable and I handle tough situations calmy. I am comfortable pesitting many pets at once, and I am comfortable with senior animals and young animals. I have very flexible hours and am willing to accommodate most requests. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. This is the second time I am leaving a review for Katie. It’s been quite awhile since we used a dog sitter. Our pup had been recovering from some mild medical issues and we hadn’t left her in a bit. I was very nervous when we had to recently go out of town for the weekend. I reached out to Katie and it was like no time had passed. She was extremely responsive, listened to all my requests and concerns, and really went above and beyond in taking care of our Maggie. Her communication was great and we received several pictures and updates. She stuck to our schedule, which is currently a bit demanding due to our pup needing her food spread out into smaller portions multiple times a day. I really appreciated not having to worry while I was away. Katie is trustworthy and responsible, I would definitely recommend giving her a chance to watch your pets!

Katie was just what we needed for our dog Nancy! She was very reliable and went above and beyond what we expected. She kept me up to date and I so appreciated the pictures of Nancy the she sent me. I will definitely be using her again!
Katie is fantastic! We used her to watch our senior dog, who needs a lot of TLC. She did house sitting and overnight stays for three nights. She was good about providing updates and we came back to a house that was cleaner than we left it! We REALLY appreciated her hard work and caring for our pup as she would her own. Thanks again Katie!
Katie stayed with our two cats and two dogs for five days while we went on vacation. The services provided by Katie were excellent! She was so sweet and quick to answer questions. She came to meet the pets before the vacation, and sent us text updates throughout our vacation. She took them on walks and played ball outside with them. I know they were happy and well cared for while Katie was here, and I didn’t have to worry while away. She provided me with peace of mind and we were able to fully enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend Katie and will definitely be using her services again in the future!

I currently work full time at an animal shelter, but I accommodate most requests. I will accept any requests that I am available for, and will let you know if I do not have the time in my schedule to.
