Loving on your pets is my #1 focus
I have been a pet sitter for over eleven years and have loved every minute of it. Dropping by, boarding, or house sitting are all areas i feel right at ease with your fur babies! Whatever is easiest and best for them, is always what I will want to do! I’ve volunteered at the humane society and have experience with many different sizes, temperaments, and ages of dogs and cats. In addition to this, I also have fostered critically ill dogs and helped them to have a full recovery. Between my medical background and my experience with the dog I was fostering, I am always on alert for any changes that could be abnormal and communicating those to you! I have a love for all animals and cannot wait to start caring for your fur babies as well!

I love to explore new parks and trails as a way to let out some energy and give some enrichment to your dog’s day. I have one senior dog who tends to keep to her self and and one young dog who has a moderate energy level. Both can also be separated to a different floor of the house as needed. I also have multiple size crates if needed if a safety issue were to arise and needed quick separation.
Ratings and reviews
Katie kept us updated on how our pup was doing. We received photos every couple of days. It looked like she received tons of playtime and love.
Katie is exemplary! She took excellent care of our dogs and house, was very reliable, and communicated promptly. Plus she's a really nice person!
My kitties liked Katie when she first walked through the door, even my less social one. Katie gave specific details about their behaviour during her visit, which I really appreciate. Knowing they're comfortable playing around her is a good sign.
Love love love Katie!! Cannot say enough great things! I've been using her for about two years now and wish I had found her sooner! She's been amazing and I know my dog has loved her as well. She's super down to earth and has a huge heart for animals.
We love Katie so much! She is someone who takes great pride in anything she does. Dog watching is no different. She is always at the top of my list of people to ask when I need someone to come help with my dog. Our dog has a lot of health issues, but that did not scare her away. After explaining everything one time, she was a pro! It can be hard to find someone willing watch a dog with special needs, but Katie relieved that stress instantly!
I cannot say enough good things about Katie. She is hands down one of the best dog watchers our family has ever met. She takes great care to make sure that your animals are looked out for and getting the most out of their time with her. Sometimes I think our dogs might like her better than they like us because of how much care and love she gives them. I cannot recommend her enough.

Schedule
I’ve recently moved to Anchorage and work 5 days a week. My schedule is quite flexible on when I can leave work to let your fur babies out- so not to worry there! When not working, I am typically loving on someone’s fur baby the entire time. I’d love to talk with you about your schedule and needs to see if they are a right fit!
